VOXEL Partner Program — Terms & Conditions
Effective Period: 28.11.2025 – 28.01.2026
1. General Provisions
1.1. Purpose of the Program
The VOXEL Partner Program (“Program”) is designed to promote the VOXEL ecosystem and encourage the creation of original video content.
1.2. Voluntary Participation
Participation in the Program is fully voluntary.
1.3. Reward Pool
The total reward pool allocated for the Program is 500,000 VCOIN.
1.4. Program Duration
The Program runs for 2 months, from 28 November 2025 to 28 January 2026.
1.5 Important: publications will be counted from November 28, 2025 (earlier publications will be denied payment)
2. Eligibility
2.1. Supported Platforms
Participants may publish video content on the following platforms:
YouTube (Videos & Shorts)
TikTok
Instagram Reels
Facebook Reels
X / Twitter
Telegram (original video posts only)
Snapchat Spotlight
Pinterest Video Pins
Kwai / Likee
2.2. Account Visibility
The participant’s account must remain public and accessible for performance verification.
3. Mandatory Content Requirements
3.1. VOXEL Mention
Each submitted video must include a clear mention of VOXEL. Acceptable formats include:
displaying the VOXEL logo;
showing the VOXEL app interface;
verbal mention;
on-screen text reference.
3.2. Referral Link in Profile
A VOXEL referral link must be placed in the participant’s profile. If the link is missing, the account is considered inactive and no rewards will be issued.
3.3. Original Content Only
Only original videos are permitted. Reuploads, stolen clips, compilations, or content that violates copyrights are prohibited.
3.4. No Artificial Engagement
Prohibited behaviors include:
artificial views;
purchased likes or comments;
bot-generated traffic;
participation in “engagement groups”.
Any detected manipulation results in loss of rewards.
3.5. Safety and Compliance
Content must comply with safety and ethical standards:
no NSFW content;
no political subjects;
no toxic behavior, insults, misinformation, or harmful actions.
4. Platform-Specific Requirements
YouTube
Content must be published publicly.
The referral link must be in the channel bio or in the video description.
TikTok
The profile must be public.
Referral link must be in the bio (available for business accounts or accounts with 1,000+ followers).
Instagram / Facebook Reels
Videos must be public.
Referral link must be placed in the Bio.
X / Twitter
The video must be attached to a tweet.
Referral link must be placed in the Bio.
Telegram
Only original video posts are allowed.
The referral link must be clickable.
Other Platforms
Standard requirement: public profile and clickable referral link.
5. Accepted Content Formats
5.1. Allowed Types of Videos
Any VOXEL-related content, including:
gameplay reviews;
model showcases;
explanation of mechanics (farming, staking, VCOIN system);
challenges, reactions, comparisons;
short personal stories;
IRL videos (creator on camera).
5.2. Use of Third-Party Materials
External audio or visual assets may be used only if they do not violate copyrights.
6. Reward Distribution Process
6.1. Step-by-Step Procedure
The participant publishes a video on a supported platform.
Ensures the referral link is present in the profile.
Submits the video link to the VOXEL team.
The VOXEL team reviews:
compliance with rules;
originality of content;
authenticity of engagement metrics.
After successful verification, the participant receives VCOIN rewards.
7. Grounds for Denial of Rewards
Rewards will not be issued if:
the referral link is missing;
fake views or any form of manipulation is detected;
content violates safety rules;
the video is a reupload or plagiarized;
insufficient data is provided for verification;
the profile is private.
8. Termination of Participation
8.1. Termination by VOXEL
VOXEL may suspend or remove a participant from the Program in case of rule violations.
8.2. Termination by Participant
Creators may withdraw from the Program at any time by notifying the VOXEL team.
9. Responsibilities of the Parties
9.1. Participant Responsibilities
The participant is responsible for complying with the laws of their country, including copyright and intellectual property regulations.
9.2. VOXEL Rights
VOXEL reserves the right to adjust the Program’s terms and conditions with prior notice to participants.
9.3. Liability Disclaimer
VOXEL is not responsible for platform outages, delays in analytics, account restrictions, or limitations imposed by social networks.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Program constitutes full agreement with these Terms & Conditions.
10.2. Purpose of the Program
The Program supports active creators and contributes to the growth of the VOXEL ecosystem.
10.3. Earning Opportunity
Participants who follow all rules and produce consistent quality content have a real opportunity to receive rewards and grow their media presence within the community.
